I am a 46-year-old mother of two sons.

I know well what I like and dislike.
What I like to do is a travel and start the day with a cup of coffee.
What I hate is life without purpose and wasting time.
I am always looking for something more important than accumulating wealth.
One of the things I realized while living as a middle-aged housewife is to act on what I can do right now rather than dreaming of the impossible. For example, tidying up, cleaning, focusing on answering children’s questions.
For my mental and physical health, I walk and meditate for 1 hour every day.
