Santa Clara Meditation Better Sleep Tips – Despite sleeping for 7-8 hours every night, I feel extremely sleepy each morning. How do I change this?

Sleep 8 hours a day for me. I do it well. It feels like I’m a new baby after I wake up. That means I slept well. Today is a new day. Here’s hoping this article helps someone who’s having trouble sleeping. There are two secrets to getting a good night’s sleep.

From now on, I’ll explain.

First, move diligently. Second, meditate to let go of worries.

  1. Make a list of what needs to be done today, and then do your best to accomplish it.

When I get up in the morning, my two boys, 14 and 13, and I eat and talk. Oh, and I drink coffee too. I like to watch the scenery while sipping on my coffee. My sons and I are lucky to live like this, and I’m grateful to everyone who helped me get a decent cup of coffee.

Kids go to school, so I do chores. Finished the housework, checked Zoom to see if there’s a meeting today, and reviewed any documents I need to prepare for the meeting.

Every day after lunch I walk by the river near my house at a fast pace for an hour. While I’m exercising, I look at the sky, breathe deeply, and enjoy the weather. I think of a lot of stuff while I exercise, and I write a Quora answer when the inspiration strikes.

It’s been a hard workout, so I’m hungry. My mind goes to food when I’m hungry. I try to feed my family the food I cook. Plan meat and veggie dinners. As soon as the husband gets home from work and the kids get home from school, we eat together. We tell stories about the day. Then we wash the dishes.

I check if I have anything left to do and try to get it done. If I’m procrastinating because there’s an uncomfortable relationship between the people I need to talk to, I can call them. It doesn’t matter if it’s trivial, I force myself to move. Then I meditate for an hour before bed.

Once I write down what I’m doing tomorrow, I head to bed. Now you know how I sleep every night.

  1. Meditation is the best way to get rid of stress, worries, and anxiety.

There’s no free lunch. The answers are inside me. You’ve got to work hard to get results. These simple and great rules were taught to me through meditation. When I first started meditating I had a lot of vague fears about the future, shame and inferiority about myself, and distrust of my family.

Even though I slept, it wasn’t a good night since there were so many distractions. This morning was the same as yesterday. Meditation started in September 2017 and I haven’t missed a day since. Thanks to it, I got away from myself.

What should I do if my only earner husband dies?

Can I take care of my second son with ADHD syndrome and intellectual disability until I’m old? What happens if I die unexpectedly?

What’s my worth in a world that’s constantly changing?

What if my house floods from climate change?

What happens if I die?

What made me come into this world and why do I need to live?

Through meditation, I’ve found answers to a lot of questions I’ve had.

When the negative thoughts like worry, anxiety, and inferiority faded out of my mind, the true me slowly emerged. It was inside me.

Same for you. It’s all possible for you to live well in the world. You can have unchanging happiness other than material happiness too. I’m wishing you the best in 2022. Sure, I’ll pray that you’ll sleep well.
