Santa Clara Meditation Happy Life – What made you happy today?

I woke up in the morning and meditated. I let go of the complicated thoughts, clutter, to-dos, and worries in my head. As if cleaning a cluttered room, I threw away the useless thoughts that were filling my head. If you meditate like this for even 10 minutes, you will have the strength to live the day hard. And instead of sitting still in your thoughts, you have the energy to do anything, even the smallest thing.

I recently had regular health checkups at the hospital. I’m in my mid 40’s, and I’m not very healthy. I talked to my doctor, and he told me what to look out for in the future. For example, he advised me about the exercises I should do to avoid getting Alzheimer’s in old age, and I should take additional tests to avoid cancer in my uterus. Frankly, I was worried. But worrying doesn’t make me healthy. As advised by the doctor, do 30 minutes of aerobic exercise every day until I get out of breath and meditate every day. I will also have regular uterine exams. In life, there will be hard work, and sickness will occur. However, I will meditate every day and let go of negative thoughts. And I want to live with gratitude. Because it is a miracle and a blessing that I was born into this world.
