Santa Clara Meditation Mindfulness – What lifestyle and traits are you adopting in 2021?


For me, 2020 was a year to stop all activities and look back on myself. And 2021 is the year of a new leap forward and a new beginning.

  1. Spend prudently.

You don’t have to pile up unnecessary things in the house.

  1. Throw away your fake mind through meditation to boost your immune system.

As I exercise every day for my health, I let go of stress with meditation because I know that the root of all diseases is in the mind.

  1. When people around me need my help, I help.

Because my friend’s happiness is my happiness, and we are all one.

  1. I always study and research to keep up with the times.

This way, I can awaken the potential within me that I was not aware of. The potential lies within us as limitless as the universe.

  1. I put my thoughts down first to harmonize with people.

In my opinion, it doesn’t matter. Put down my claim that nothing in this world is worthless. Your heart will be refreshed.
