Santa Clara Meditation Positive Life Changes – How can I develop self-confidence and self-esteem?

I thought my life is fantastic and I am confident person. But, this belief was collapsed when my second son was determined to have intellectual disability and ADHD. Since that time, I became so depressed, regarded my life as a failure, and lost my self-esteem and confidence. But after meditating, my thoughts and behavior changed utterly.

This is how meditation changed my thoughts and behaviors.

After meditation,

  1. Now, I can accept the reality as it is.

: I don’t feel negative about it anymore. My son just needs a proper education for his disability. I just have to look for it.

  1. I no longer am afraid of admitting that I am wrong.

: The fact that I have seen my son with prejudices was wrong. I am now able to admit it, changed the way I treat him.

  1. Everything in this world is already complete and perfect.

: When I attained the biggest mind through meditation, I could see the world correctly. The world has already been heaven and beautiful.

4.I can be grateful for everything I’ve got.

: I am so grateful to meditation for this change. Now, I can spend more time laughing with my children.

  1. I could let go of my bad habit that I am comparing with other people.

: Everyone is already doing their best according to their conditions. There’s no need to compare each other.

  1. I can be honest with myself.

: Now, I have a better understanding of myself. I now know what I like and what I don’t like. And when I find something I like, I do my best to attain it.
