Master Woo Myung Poem – Truth

I exist,
but I live a non-existent life.
Life is a thing that exists because the body exists.
Man is born into the world
then leaves one day after having lived a life of wants.
Man spends his whole life ignorant of the fact that
everything of his world is futile.

Heaven is always at its leisure,
and in it, all creations exist.
Heaven is ever constant and calm.
Heaven always exists as it is.
I am Heaven, and I am silent.
Yet it is my will
that Heaven’s will be thoroughly conveyed to the world.
The words of a person who is not silent are false,
and thus they will fall to the earth,
while the Word of Heaven is Truth
and thus will not fall to the earth.
Even in the absence of words,
the entirety of Heaven’s will is conveyed to the world.
As such, even though Heaven does not exist,
its will is to convey and carry out its will.

The world is loud and busy.
That which is loud is not Truth.
Man does not know that
to be loud and to not be loud
both mean non-existence.

When Heaven conveys its will,
it does so to a person who resembles Heaven.
Such a person is one with Heaven.
He neither has Heaven,
nor does he not have Heaven;
he is simply one with it.
This oneness was originally the center of man,
but man is a stranger to Truth.
Thus he knows neither what he must accomplish,
nor what he is incapable of accomplishing.

Human life in this world is
falseness, in which nothing exists.
Everything will devote itself to the one Truth.
