Hi. I’m glad that I have an opportunity to share some helpful tips with you😃.
I am a 46-year-old mother of two sons.
Sleep 8 hours a day for me. I do it well. It feels like I’m a new baby after I wake up.
Are you having a hard time at work? Don’t worry. Just keep going.
Before I go to bed, I lie in bed and spend 5 to 10 minutes reflecting on how I lived throughout the day.
Successful people are those who sacrifice themselves. It’s not easy sacrificing yourself. When I sacrifice myself, the people around me help me. Then we can succeed.
While reading an article about a movie that was recently released in Korea, I found out that the person who directed the movie was a friend of mine in graduate school that I was once close.
Meditation, which I started in 2017, has become an opportunity of a lifetime for me.
If you live in my town, I’d like to go and listen to you and take a walk with you.
Why do we have to manage our time? Why do we have to try and save time as if with money? There is only one reason – it’s because we are only given a limited amount of time.
My life has changed so much that it can be divided into before and after meditation. Before meditation, no matter how hard I tried to break my sleeping habit of oversleeping, but I couldn’t change it.
As soon as I saw this question, two memories came to my mind. The first one is what my brother, who was two years younger than me, said when I was 17.
I have no salary because I am a housewife, sharing my husband’s salary. Therefore, based on this I’ll explain my views.
I broke up with my boyfriend of 7 years at the age of 27. Three months after I broke up with him, I got a call from him. He asked if I could see him on the weekend.
I really like this question, because I can tell you a story from my experience.
Overthinking was one of my old bad habits. To make it worse, my overthinking routine kept evolving to another; even worse one, to daydream. I would daydream about my loved ones or worries and couldn’t control it. Even though I knew it was a bad habit, I couldn’t stop. One day, I daydreamed about my son getting injured at home. It was so vivid in my head, and I couldn’t let it go. Then, one day, it happened in real life.

You can attend any time during our open hours as shown below with an RSVP. The introduction will last about 30 minutes online or in person at Santa Clara Meditation Center.
We typically go on a trip to escape from a monotonous life and experience something new. Also, we get to find out something different about the world we belong to, such as unfamiliar culture and alien scenery, and record them on film and in our minds. Trips are a powerful tool to give us a new sensation.
Imagine the warm lights of winter.
And if only Christmas tree lights come to mind.
Then take a look at the world illuminated by Nature’s light.
Because ‘light’ exists, the world reveals every beautiful shape and form.
The desert trip that has completely shaken my life was a five-day journey.
It could be regarded short, but it could be long enough to change one’s value, couldn’t it? The moment we put ourselves into desert, we are completely remote from the entire modern conveniences.
I’m not a professional traveler, but a person who believed, from the early twenties, that life was a journey. In my mid-twenties, I worked solely for one purpose: to make money for a full-scale world travel experience.
Would my mom be warm during these freezing winter days? Wouldn’t my mom catch a cold? If I took a beautiful picture, I would show it to my mom. If I had something good, I would immediately go to my mom and give it to her.

We did meditation at Berkeley Meditation Center. It was a very happy and enjoyable time.
