I meditate for an hour every day. There are many ways to meditate, but if you want to meditate, I recommend getting guidance from a place that teaches you exactly how to do it. My meditation teaches me how to get rid of my false mind.
I meditate every day. The way I meditate is to look back on myself and throw away my mind.
I am not a neuroscientist, but an ordinary housewife in my mid-40s, and I would like to introduce you to the things I practice every day in my life.

My advice to you about the habits of people who never get stressed comes from my personal experience. Yesterday,
I thought my life is fantastic and I am confident person. But, this belief was collapsed when my second son was determined to have intellectual disability and ADHD. Since that time, I became so depressed, regarded my life as a failure, and lost my self-esteem and confidence. But after meditating, my thoughts and behavior changed utterly.

To examine the effects of the Ma-Eum Su-Ryun program on self-esteem and school adaptation abilities in elementary school students, 50 third graders were recruited to participate in the program twice a week, with 30 minutes each session. The result showed increased self-esteem and improved school adaptation abilities.
