Until now, in the world of material creation, it was an era when people who had high IQs (Intelligence Quotient) lived a better life.
Life after 30… I am a 46-year-old married woman. I feel like I’m living my life lately.

“The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. Do you understand?” -Jack Sparrow.
“Bubbling, churning, whirling, and crashing. … My dad says I talk like a river. … And I also think of the calm river beyond the rapids where the water is smooth and glistening. This is how my mouth moves. This is how I speak. Even the river stutters. Like I do.”
My second son, who is currently in the 6th grade of elementary school, asked me one day: “Did you know Mom, Einstein was a huge playboy?” I was surprised, that that great old genius was such a playboy in his lifetime. My son and I laughed loudly and talked about Einstein, saying that he was human too.

Yes, God certainly exists. God is in our mind, and there is a kingdom of God in our mind. However, the reason why we have never seen or known God is because of our human mind.
I might’ve been too extreme, but I used to once define love as an incomplete, selfish obsession laced with contradiction and physical greed. That was my psychological state before I realized its true meaning.
We all know that the mind and body are one, but we often forget it. Let me tell you my story. I have had severe gastritis since elementary school. My body was weak and I used to get tired easily.
I really like this question, because I can tell you a story from my experience.

Santa Clara Meditation Column – Corona Pandemic, the best way to overcome this tough time
The attachments one has in his mind are
the root of his thoughts.
Thoughts can also be called a ‘thought-mass,’
which is the body of images one has in his mind
due to the existence of his individual self.
Those images are what confuse man uselessly;
they begin in the thoughts that man has in his mind
and then are directly manifested in his deeds
without even thinking.
We call something we haven’t attained a ‘dream’ and chase it. From small beginnings of hope for happiness, it snowballs into greater hope. But when we suddenly feel we are off track, the futility surges.
Santa Clara Meditation Health – To Healthcare Workers In COVID 19
This COVID 19 pandemic crisis has brought the world many tragedies. Many people have died unexpectedly, including the young and including many healthcare workers who have been in the frontline trying to save lives. We all are being hit hard. Some of us still in the midst of it, with adrenaline rushing no doubt, barely having time to reflect on one’s self. Nobody knows what to expect with this new disease that has spread so fast worldwide and is causing such horrible deaths to our patients. As healthcare providers, I am sure it is hitting us even harder. We studied and trained in our fields for years in order to save people’s lives. And this disease is showing us how little we can do to stop it. It is a war against nature.

Santa Clara Meditation Health – The Secret To A Healthy Life And Immunity
Now that the world is in turmoil with the new coronavirus infection, I realize that interest in health is important now more than ever. I feel fearful when dealing with the ever-increasing number of confirmed infected persons and urgent national policy announcements.
Nowadays, people worldwide are dealing with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in one way or another. Some have said that there has never been a pandemic at this level and that this is the first time people have panicked since World War II.
Whenever I look at the world, the only word that comes to mind is “beautiful.” That is the perfect description of the world because it is, indeed, simply beautiful. Beyond the window, you gaze upon the blue sky, green mountains, roses blossoming in the garden, and can even imagine the wind brushing your cheeks… It is truly a beautiful world where everything lives in perfect harmony with each other, where all creatures silently coexist in one space. It is as beautiful as can be.
Santa Clara Meditation Column – Like Wild Flowers Whose Name We Don’t Know…
The world is truly a beautiful place, a gift from God to human beings. Whenever we are stuck in some meaningless affairs, burdened and stressed, unable to find answers from within, we start to orient our view towards looking outside of ourselves and looking at nature.
It seems that as time goes by, our mind comes to ruin and becomes dirtied. Along with rapid modernization, there has been a dramatic increase in the number of mental illnesses that have affected the once-pure minds of mankind, which used to commune with nature.
Not long ago, The Dark Knight Rises, the final episode of the Christopher Nolan’s Batman film trilogy, was released. In the last scene of this film, there is only a minute and a half before the nuclear bomb will explode and everyone in the city will die unless the bomb is defused. Batman finally decides to load the bomb on his combat plane and fly over the sea.
Santa Clara Meditation Column – Remembering Steve Jobs’s Passion In 2020
Steve Jobs is unarguably the modern symbol of innovation. There is no one who does not know who Steven Jobs is. Two phrases from Steven Jobs’s speech at Stanford University resounded within me; “Stay hungry, stay foolish.” As his own words, he tirelessly and endlessly researched and challenged himself and others.
