Hi. I’m grateful that I can share my personal opinion. I’m going to share the answer from the perspective of a mediator.😀
During this pandemic many people lost their jobs and some jobs may never come back. Everyone wants to save money.
I am not a neuroscientist, but an ordinary housewife in my mid-40s, and I would like to introduce you to the things I practice every day in my life.
Are you having a hard time at work? Don’t worry. Just keep going.
While reading an article about a movie that was recently released in Korea, I found out that the person who directed the movie was a friend of mine in graduate school that I was once close.
I like to share with you something that happened to me recently.
This article is advice I would like to give to myself in my 40s.
Meditation, which I started in 2017, has become an opportunity of a lifetime for me.
As a middle-aged woman, in my experience, getting good grades in school doesn’t necessarily mean a smart person. T
Many things can happen to you in life – some good, and some bad. It would be greedy to expect only good things to happen all the time.
If you live in my town, I’d like to go and listen to you and take a walk with you.
For me, 2020 was a year to stop all activities and look back on myself. And 2021 is the year of a new leap forward and a new beginning.
Why do we have to manage our time? Why do we have to try and save time as if with money? There is only one reason – it’s because we are only given a limited amount of time.
My life has changed so much that it can be divided into before and after meditation. Before meditation, no matter how hard I tried to break my sleeping habit of oversleeping, but I couldn’t change it.
“Bubbling, churning, whirling, and crashing. … My dad says I talk like a river. … And I also think of the calm river beyond the rapids where the water is smooth and glistening. This is how my mouth moves. This is how I speak. Even the river stutters. Like I do.”
I am a teacher who teaches meditation to teenagers in public schools in S. Korea. I belong to a specialized meditation organization that sends meditation teachers to various organizations.
I have no salary because I am a housewife, sharing my husband’s salary. Therefore, based on this I’ll explain my views.
Would it be a secret sauce-making technique that can revive boring dishes? Would it be enough language ability to ask for help if you got lost in the market in Mumbai, India? Or would it be a survival skill to help you survive a disaster? Or a sixth sense that allows you to distinguish a good person from a bad person on sight?
We all know that the mind and body are one, but we often forget it. Let me tell you my story. I have had severe gastritis since elementary school. My body was weak and I used to get tired easily.
