The answer to the question “What is the meaning of life?”
Hello, I think you are a wise person who tries to figure out our lives’ fundamental question😀.
Think about what it would feel like to live without all the extra thoughts circling in your head, which you can’t seem to get rid of, no matter how hard you try.
Hello! I think you are such a wise person because you try to find the real answer to life. I’m grateful that I can share my experience with you.
Why is it a bad thing to remember something for a long time?
I meditate for an hour every day. There are many ways to meditate, but if you want to meditate, I recommend getting guidance from a place that teaches you exactly how to do it. My meditation teaches me how to get rid of my false mind.
I am a 46-year-old mother of two sons.
Sleep 8 hours a day for me. I do it well. It feels like I’m a new baby after I wake up.
Before I go to bed, I lie in bed and spend 5 to 10 minutes reflecting on how I lived throughout the day.
It is a mirage that people who get lost in the desert see when their body lacks water and they become confused.
I like to share with you something that happened to me recently.
Meditation, which I started in 2017, has become an opportunity of a lifetime for me.
Each of us have something that makes us happy and joyful.
“The problem is not the problem. The problem is your attitude about the problem. Do you understand?” -Jack Sparrow.
My life has changed so much that it can be divided into before and after meditation. Before meditation, no matter how hard I tried to break my sleeping habit of oversleeping, but I couldn’t change it.
As soon as I saw this question, two memories came to my mind. The first one is what my brother, who was two years younger than me, said when I was 17.
These words were spoken by Austrian-American Peter Drucker, the founder of modern management, during his lifetime.
My advice to you about the habits of people who never get stressed comes from my personal experience. Yesterday,
Father. The master of my universe, the proud and scary being, my father. My dad was that kind of person to me. He was born as a Christian.
