Santa Clara Meditation Positive Life Changes – How can I be happy?

Hello. I’m grateful that I can share my experience. I can say that it is possible to be happy all the time. Then you may have a question like these followings:

  1. Why am I not happy?
  2. And how can I be happy all the time?

I can share my experience to be able to answer those questions as a meditator.

I was the person who had a lot of anxiety and dissatisfaction😮. There should be so many reasons why it is hard to maintain my happiness. I was like that because of the conditions around me, relationships, dissatisfaction with myself, etc.

On the way to find happiness, I thought, ‘ah… If I achieve something I want, I’ll be happy, right?’ so I tried to achieve my wishes. For instance, getting good grades on the tests, attaining something or someone that I wanted to possess so much or living in a better house, etc., so I tried my best to achieve my goals. And then, finally, I was able to experience that I’ve achieved many of my wishes.

But even though I achieved many goals, the feeling of happiness couldn’t last long. Through those times, I realized achieving something was not a fundamental way to attain permanent happiness. There were dissatisfaction and anxiety that followed me all the time. It was endless.

One day, by chance, I started meditation. I wanted to make myself relax. I didn’t expect much at the beginning. But when I practiced, it helped me so profoundly enough to change my mind and my life. I got all the answers within me about those questions above through meditation.

  • The reason why I was not happy?

It’s because of the mind that I accumulated. I accumulated all the minds as pictures of what belongs to the world. Through meditation, I realized the mind that I accumulated is not real. It is false; literally, it exists only in my mind. I’ve suffered from the minds that only I have so far. From the minds of the picture that I accumulated, all the minds that make me unhappy came out😮. I have found that I was not satisfied with anything because of these minds, my greediness.

  • How did I find unshakable happiness within?

But through the meditation method, I discarded a lot of my minds, which causes my unhappiness. my greediness, unsatisfactory mind.. Then I gradually and naturally found the peace within.

And after I discarded all the minds, the true mind that I initially have revealed. I felt so peaceful when that thing happened. I no longer need to struggle to find happiness anymore. Once I discarded my mind, I naturally became a happier state of mind.

I realized because I was living in my own mind which cause stress and pain, there was no happinessAnd the best way to be happy is to discard one’s false mind.

Now I could feel free and happy regardless of my environmental conditions. Also I realized that happiness and hope are already within me, but they are hidden and covered by my false minds.

Now there is the way to discard our false minds, which are the roots of stress and pain, and after doing that, anyone can recover our true minds, which are the true happiness within.
