Santa Clara Meditation Self Help – What kind of lifestyle changes should people make when they are in their 20s?
Are you having a hard time at work? Don’t worry. Just keep going.
Running away from a challenge makes it harder. It’s OK to fail.
Maybe one day it will pay off.
My 20s and 30s were a series of failures. I have never worked for more than a year since graduating college.
The actor management company, publishing house, video agency, newspaper company, trading company, etc. My promise to work hard went unfulfilled each time I quit.
I have only been doing the same job for four years since I turned 40. At school, I teach meditation.
- Don’t run away when the task is beyond your abilities.
Bravely cry out.
‘I need help. ‘I can’t handle this alone.’
Someone will definitely help you. It wasn’t easy to admit that my abilities were lacking, so I left.
- Don’t be afraid of failure.
Take a look at me. My family didn’t like me because I kept changing jobs.
But I’m very happy. My family likes me now that I’m doing well.
I can tell my family about my failures. You need to fail a lot before you can help someone else.
- Keep a journal every day.
I write down what I’m doing tomorrow before I go to bed. Write it and then try to do it the next day. You don’t have to succeed 100 percent. If you have done just one start, give yourself a hug.
‘Good job! Your work is awesome!’
Look back on your day. In writing down my feelings and thoughts, I can better understand myself. When you form the habit of writing like this, you can see yourself objectively.
- Practice meditation.
Just yesterday, I was talking to a woman in her 20s who meditated like me. She had a very mature mind. She meditated every day and threw away the stress she accumulated throughout the day. And she was trying to change.
She was doing her best in a new job after changing jobs a bunch. She said meditation made her life easier by getting rid of her inferiority complex.
Meditation is a powerful antibiotic that will boost your mental immunity.
