Santa Clara Meditation Self Help – Why do I feel like a failure? How can I stop feeling this way?
I like to share with you something that happened to me recently.
I am a freelance teacher teaching meditation to children at school. Class time with the kids is always fun and one of my favorites. But the problem is not with my students but with my relationships with my co-workers. A silent war breaks out in my heart over why I have to work more when I get the same pay. And when my fellow teachers criticized the results of my hard work, I couldn’t stand it. To relieve this stress, I took a walk in the neighborhood and tried to relax my mind by finding a nearby forest or scenic spot. Sometimes I call my friends and gossip about my co-workers I hate. We had a nice dinner and drank beer.
But by the way. In the end, the only way to deal with this stress was meditation. Through meditation, I became aware of all kinds of negative thoughts in my mind, and it was only after I threw those minds away through meditation that I was able to release the tension in my body and mind. And since I was mentally free, I was able to set the order of things. Hard things don’t get easy. But it filled me with the energy to work hard and get through it. I’m going to try again. It’s okay to fail. I don’t have to leave myself alone. Even if you fall, you can get up again.
