I got rid of the useless thoughts that I repeat every day through meditation.

  1. If you let go of your thoughts, your actions will change.

When all my useless thoughts are thrown away, I can control my body at will.

  1. When behavior changes, habits change.

After I started meditation I‘m able to get up early in the morning. And I abandoned oversleeping and procrastination. And I work diligently all day long.

  1. If you change your habits, you can change your destiny.

As I became more diligent, I was able to live the life I wanted.
