Master Woo Myung Meditation Teaching – What Is This Meditation?
Many people are curious about this meditation. People often say that practices other than their own are false, heretical cults. But there must be something true about this method because it has flourished over time. There must be something different because families and relatives practice together, parents recommend this meditation to their children, and children to their parents, siblings to siblings, and friends to friends. Nowadays people pursue things that are beneficial to them. This is why they do this meditation.
It teaches how to cleanse the shadows of our memories, the falseness which we have accumulated self-centeredly. Our bodies and minds must be cleansed because we are the greatest sinners. We must cleanse even the universe in our delusion in order to know and become Truth. From start to finish, this method focuses only on cleansing one’s self. When one cleanses his self and everything in the universe, only the pure universe, Truth remains. Through this meditation one is reborn as the body and mind of the pure universe, and goes to heaven where life and death are one. It is to deny and cleanse the self, because one can only be reborn as Truth when cleansed.
When something is fake, it is similar to what is real but not actually real. Can a place which allows one to become real be fake? Can it be fake when Truth is spoken there?
We must become real now. Now is the time for us to go to the forever-living heaven, the real world, while living. To become real is to become Truth, to reach completion while alive.
When I have false thoughts in my mind, I can see the false minds of others. It is because I am false that I can see others are being false.
Everything is karma and the shape of one’s own mind, so do not blame others or the world. Upon reflection one will see just how two-faced, hypocritical, and self-centered his own self really is. When you repent for your self-centered and hypocritical self, Truth will become you, and there will be the kingdom of Truth.
This meditation is the place to become Truth by discarding the mind and body of one’s self. In the course of discarding that false mind, one’s mind will become comfortable as much as his mind has become true, as much as it has become clean. Many people have become healthier because they cleansed the illnesses which comes from the mind. This meditation exists in order to make human completion possible for everyone. With this meditation, anyone, while living, can become a holy person, know the laws of the world, and go to the forever-living heaven where life and death are one. The ultimate purpose of mankind’s existence can be achieved through this meditation.
