Santa Clara Meditation Column – Like A Dragonfly, Like A Frog
A dragonfly is sitting on a gliding blade of grass.
Soon that dragonfly will fly away.
There is a frog sitting on a narrow street.
Soon that frog will hop away.
It is not because of wings that dragonflies fly away.
Frogs jump not because they have four legs.
Because there is a reason and a purpose,
they do it with all their might.
Don’t wander around like you’re in the wind.
Whatever you do, you must have the reason and purpose in your mind.
That way, you can live with all your heart and body.
That’s the reason and purpose why I was born in this world.
